An Apple a day keeps a doctor away.
Don’t eat heavy meals after 5 pm.
Don’t lie down immediately after taking meal.
Drink more water at morning & less at night.
Don’t take your medicine with cold water.
Best sleeping time is 10 pm to 4 am.
Answer the phone calls from left ear.
When your phone’s battery is low to last bar then don’t answer because the radiation is 1000 time stronger then before.
